Mindful Morning Movements

If you've been reading some of my post you would note that I love my mornings. Creating a simple morning ritual and adhering to it is the start of a great day. One of the key components of my mornings is a 5-10 minutes mindful physical movement. That may be yoga, simple stretches, cardio, and most often a mix. The purpose of this is simply to give my body a gentle kick. So today I'm sharing my current favorite morning workout routine to ensure an invigorating start to the day.




This routine is super easy and flexible to substitutions. Add and take away as you see fit for your fitness goals.
