Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.
Psalms 143:8

With my feet tucked underneath me and my fuzzy blanket draped over my back I snugged myself deeper into my cozy chair in the corner of my room. With the scent of sandalwood and chamomile wafting in the air I gaze into a daydream as I allow the scripture above to serenade me with its possibilities. "Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love...", as I read this over and over I couldn't help but feel butterflies and flowers and happy good vibes all throughout.

Each morning God's love wakes us up with renewed hope and possibilities. What a wonderful gift He gives us each new day; to start fresh and know that when we put our trust in Him, He'll always come through. When we put our trust in Him we're telling God, "I trust in your unfailing love, my heart rejoices in your salvation". I'm sure you've had mornings that only the knowledge of His grace over your life has gotten you out the bed. It's so important to feel loved during those seemingly impossible moments, and He offers that freely to us all. His love allows us to embrace the changes we are going through with the knowledge that it will all be well.

We know this to be true because He's done it before for all of us and He'll come through again. When we allow Him to show us the way we entrust our life to Him and from my personal experience there is no better way to live. When I take a look at my own life, I see questions marks all over, and I get easily overwhelmed with all the uncertainty. I'm constantly wondering if I'm on the right path, should I have let go of a secure career in medicine to pursue the risky creative life that overwhelms my daydreams? And each time I feel like I'm drowning in doubt and worry I call and reach out to Him and He is always, ALWAYS there.

How beautiful is His love! It rescues us from ourselves and allows us to put one foot in front of the other to keep going, keep getting better, and become the woman He created us to be. What a courageous and brave act, to decide to live a life of faith and trust in His word. I can't help but think of Bethel Music and Amanda Cook's song 'You Make Me Brave':

"You make me brave
No fear can hinder now the promises You made
As Your love, in wave after wave
Crashes over me, crashes over me
For You are for us
You are not against us
Champion of Heaven
You made a way for all to enter in"

I hope we're all reminded of His unfailing love when the storm comes and all seems lost. He's still be there, just call out to Him and He'll make you brave.

Have a Blessed Day,

Marie
