Silent mornings, the soft sounds of nature, a cup of tea, and losing myself in the adventure of a great book.  These are just a few of the things that make my life calming and welcoming.  But in this busy world, my planner seems to overflow with activity and it can become astonishingly difficult to gain a moment of peace to collect my thoughts and purpose.

So I wrote this post to list the many things that bring me a bit of calm in the haze of the daily hustle.
